湖北省2015英语口语等级考试

　　各市、州(林区)、县(市、区)教育考试机构：

　　我省2015年英语口语等级(三级)考试定于4月10-13日举行。现将有关事项通知如下：

　　一、报名

　　时间：2015年2月25日至3月16日

　　地点：各市、州(林区)、县(市、区)教育考试机构及其指定的报名点。

　　对象：2015年应届高中毕业生，其他在校学生和社会人员亦可自愿报考。

　　要求：报名点需统一使用湖北省教育考试院英语口语等级考试报名软件采集考生报名信息，报名时须审查考生第二代居民身份证原件与报名信息是否相符。

　　考试机构要有专人在报名现场检查考生填写报名表及电子照相，督促考生认真核对“考生信息核对单”，并签名确认，无签名的信息出现误差由报名工作人员负责。“考生信息核对单”由当地考试机构保存三年备查。

　　(一)2015年3月20日前，各市、州教育考试机构必须根据报名情况和考务要求规范考场编排，并及时通过网络版的编排系统向省教育考试院综考办上报数据或数据光盘(光盘上必须附有考务负责人及单位负责人的签名),并领取准考证芯。数据上报后不得更改。

　　(二)英语口语等级考试合格成绩有效期三年，本次考试及有效期内的.英语口语等级(三级)考试合格成绩将作为当年普通高考录取的参考依据。

　　湖北省教育考试院认定的有效成绩(有效成绩是指在有效期内的合格成绩)，如出现基本信息(如：姓名、身份证号等)与普通高考报名数据信息不相符，未经核实更正的一律不作录取参考成绩。

　　四、收费标准

　　根据鄂价费[2006]107号文件和鄂考院[2006]11号文件规定，报名考试费为50元/人。各市、州教育考试机构应于2015年3月31日前足额缴纳考试费用，并派专人专车携相关证件到指定地点领取考试光盘。

　　五、其他

　　各市、州(林区)、县(市、区)教育考试机构和各考点应严格执行《湖北省英语口语等级考试考务管理细则》及相关文件，加强考风考纪管理，确保考试安全平稳顺利。
