一、思想上
我曾专门阅读了美国著名教育专家罗恩教师的奇迹教育,深受启发,对教育教学有了更深层次的理解和认识,本学期我把收获转化到具体行动上,用专家高尚的师德指导自我的教学工作,每一天早读之前早早进班指导学生有效利用早读时光,提高学习效率。利用晚自习的时光和差生交流,了解他们思想和学习中的问题,及时给出中肯提议,帮忙他们摆脱不良情绪的影响,全身心的投入到学习中去。
二、教育教学上
本学期开始了准高三一轮复习,以词汇为抓手进行基础知识的复习,高考要求学生至少能灵活使用3500个词汇,所以我利用两个半月的时光把每个单元的词汇仔细认真的过了一遍,学生先读后默写最终在句子中灵活使用,为高三的一轮复习打下坚实的基础,我利用周三午时的时光随机抽查复习过的所有词汇再次强化记忆。经过近一个学期的重复记忆和练习,学生的词汇量有了明显提高,做题效率和正确率也比以前提高。之后我开了英语歌曲欣赏课,带领学生欣赏并学唱经典英文歌曲,以歌曲为载体让学生体会不一样文化差异,开拓学生视野,学会理解和包容,并经过学唱英文歌曲提升学生英语学习的兴趣,收到了必须的效果。
三、积极参加各种活动
本学期我带领学生积极参加了学校举办的英语知识竞赛,尽自我的最大的努力,争取学生在英语成绩上不断提高。
