Soon, the bell rang, signaling the start of the school day. We lined up and walked to our classrooms. I was assigned to a new classroom and was relieved to find out that some of my friends were also in the same class. Our teacher, Ms. Johnson, welcomed us and gave us a brief introduction to the subjects we would be studying this year.

The first lesson of the day was English, which is one of my favorite subjects. Ms. Johnson asked us to introduce ourselves to the class using English. I stood up nervously and introduced myself, stumbling over a few words. However, my classmates were supportive and cheered me on. It was a great icebreaker, and it made me feel more comfortable in the class.

Throughout the day, we had lessons in math, science, and history. We also had a break where we played games and got to know each other better. The day seemed to fly by, and before I knew it, it was time to go home. I packed my bag and said goodbye to my friends.
