　　现将2017年上半年冶金学院研究生外语四、六级考试报名工作的'相关事宜通知如下：

　　一、报考类型、考试时间：

　　日语四级、德语四级以及俄语四级 9:00-11:10

　　6月17日下午 英语六级考试(CET6) 15:00-17:25

　　二、报名方法：

　　1、统招硕士、博士以班级为单位，在各班学委或班长处报名，报名费30元/人，概

　　2、各班学委或班长将班级报名费统一存入建设银行6227 0007 3479 0517 681(户名：鲁林)，持报名数据表电子版(见附件，填写方法见附件中备注。要求本班四级和六级分成两个报名数据表上报，报名数据表发送到邮箱lul@smm.neu.edu.cn,并标题注明“年级-班级-专业-报名人数”)、报名费存款凭条(写上班级名称，报名人数)、四级成绩单复印件(报六级的同学提交。右上角标上本人学号，以班级为单位按照学号顺序排好)到冶金学院研究生教学办(冶金馆330)报名，逾期不予报名;

　　三、报名条件：

　　1、冶金学院在读研究生，不接收外校和已毕业学生。

　　2、没有通过大学英语四级或大学英语四级成绩没有达到425分的学生不允许报考大学英语六级考试。在我院报考英语六级要附英语四级证复印件。

　　3、学生只能按照以上规定报考四级、六级考试中的一项，不允许同时兼报。

　　4、上次无故缺考者，不得报名。

　　四、填写报名数据表的注意事项：

　　1、院系名称统一为“研究生院”;

　　2、考生报名信息中打不出来的汉字，在数据库中用“*”代替，并填写字库不全名单;

　　3、以班级为单位报名的学生必须认真检查填写完的报名信息(学号、姓名、身份证号、专业等)，否则影响全班同学数据导入。填写方法请见报名数据表中填写示例。
