各院、系：
2017年上半年全国大学英语四、六级考试笔试(以下简称CET)、俄语四级笔试和大学英语口试(以下简称CET-SET)将分别于6月17日和5月20-21日举行。现就笔试报名有关事宜通知如下：
一、报名时间及面向对象：
CET4、CRT-4、CET6报名工作将于2017年3月3日10：00开始，3月7日9:00结束。本次报名将分三阶段进行。
(一)3月3日10：00-3月6日10：00
面向对象
英语四级:我校2013、2014、2015级本专科、2016级专科、专升本、2016级外语学院在校生;
俄语四级：主修外语为俄语的学生需要报考俄语四级的可直接在网上报名。俄语四级不可与英语四六级同报。
英语六级：CET4成绩在425分(含425分)以上且CET6成绩在425分(含425分)及CET4成绩在425分(含425分)以上未参加CET6考试的在校学生。
(二)3月4日10：00-3月6日10：00
英语四级，面向对象为：
2016级普通本科生大学英语A成绩70分(含70分)以上;大学英语B成绩75分(含75分)以上;
2016级中外合作办学本科生综合英语阅读成绩75分(含75分)以上;中级英语阅读成绩75分(含75分)以上。
(三)3月6日12：00-3月7日9：00
为满足学生的刷分要求，同时更利于参加口试，进而提高学生学习积极性和就业竞争力，本次笔试报名拟准予部分四六级已经通过的学生“刷分”，学校将根据报名情况及考场容量确定规模。即面向以下对象：
英语四级：CET4成绩在425分(含425分)以上的'在校学生;
英语六级：CET6成绩在425分(含425分)以上的在校学生。
二、报名流程：
本次报名采用网上报名，分三个阶段进行：
第一阶段：网上报名
登录教务信息服务平台：http://xk.huel.edu.cn/jwglxt，输入自己的学号和密码进入系统，点击“报名对象”→“考级项目报名”，点击“报名”，确认自己身份证号、填写手机号码，点击“提交申请”即完成报名，点击“退报”可退报名。
第二阶段：缴费(具体时间、缴费方式另行通知)
没有网上报名的学生不能缴费，网上报名学生务必在规定时间内完成缴费，否则报名无效;
第三阶段：教务处根据缴费信息导入全国大学英语四、六级报名系统，并打印校对册，由院系组织学生就照片等报名信息进行核对、签字确认，核对后校对册交由教务科留存备查，院系收集齐缺少的照片交到教务科。
三、注意事项
1.由于学校考场限制，六级考场紧张，建议已经通过四级考试但未通过六级考试的学生根据自身学习情况选择是否报考六级，避免大量缺考学生占用考试资源。
2.四级分数425分以下的学生不能报考六级，英语四六级(含刷分)不能同时报名;
3.郑东校区英语六级报名需求预计较大，文北校区英语六级考试报名需求较小，根据报名具体情况，2017届毕业生、刷分学生及超出郑东校区考场容量的学生，可能会安排到文北校区进行CET6考试;
4.有学籍的普通全日制在校生才有资格报名，我校成人、自考、函授学生及我校借读、进修、旁听、已经毕业以及未办理完毕转学手续的学生不得报名，学校也不接收其他校外人员报名;
5.如果已经满足报考CET6条件，但由于专升本学生入校等原因不能在系统中直
6.遗失密码的学生可到本院系教学办公室重置;
7.学生报名全部结束后会下发校对册校对照片和报名信息，届时没有照片的学生需提供电子版照片交院系教学秘书处，照片规格：图像文件名为“身份证号.jpg”;背景要求：背景布选取浅蓝色,要求垂感和吸光好;成像要求：成像区上下要求头部上空1/10，头部占7/10，肩部占1/5，左右各空1/10 ;采集的图像大小为192X144(高X宽)。
8.本校研究生请统一到研究生处报名。
四、收费标准
CET4、CET6、俄语四级均为25元。
