答问技巧
(1)把握重点,条理清楚。一般情况下回答问题要结论在先,议论在后,先将中心意思表达清楚,然后再做叙述。
(2)讲清原委,避免抽象。招聘者提问是想了解求职者的具体情况,切不可简单地仅以“是”或“否”作答,有的需要解释原因,有的则需要说明程度。
(3)确认提问,切忌答非所问。面试中,招聘者提出的问题过大,以致不知从何答起,或求职者对问题的意思不明白是常有的事。“你问的是不是这样一个问题……”将问题复述一遍,确认其内容,才会有的放矢,不致南辕北辙、答非所问。
(4)讲完事实以后适时沉默。保持最佳状态,好好思考你的回答。
(5)冷静对待,宠辱不惊。招聘者中不乏刁钻古怪之人,可能故意挑衅,令人难堪。这不是“不怀好意”,而是一种战术提问,让你不明其意。故意提出不礼貌或令人难堪的问题,其意在于“重创”应试者,考察你的“适应性”和“应变性”。你若反唇相讥,恶语相对,就大错特错了。
(6)要知之为知之,不知为不知。面试中常会遇到一些不熟悉、曾经熟悉现在忘了或根本不懂的问题。面临这种情况,回避问题是失策,牵强附会更是拙劣,诚恳坦率地承认自己的不足之处,反倒会赢得招聘者的信任和好感。

谈话技巧
(1)谈话应顺其自然。不要误解话题,不要过于固执,不要独占话题,不要插话,不要说奉承话,不要浪费口舌。
(2)留意对方反应。交谈中很重要的一点是把握谈话的气氛和时机,这就需要随时注意观察对方的反应。如果对方的眼神或表情显示对你所涉及的某个话题已失去了兴趣,应该尽快找一两句话将话题收住。
(3)有良好的语言习惯。不仅是表达流利,用词得当,同样重要的还有说话方式。

作为应届毕业生初次参加招聘,如何摆正自己的心态很大程度上关系着招聘的成败。
(1)展示真实的自己。面试时切忌伪装和掩饰,一定要展现自己的真实实力和真正的性格。有些毕业生在面试时故意把自己塑造一番,比如明明很内向,不善言谈,面试时却拼命表现得很外向、健谈。这样的结果既不自然,很难逃过有经验招聘者的眼睛,也不利于自身发展。即便是通过了面试, 人力资源部也不会根据面试时的表现安排适合的职位,这对个人的职业生涯也是有害的。
(2)以平等的心态面对招聘者。面试时如果能够以平等的心态对待招聘者,就能够避免紧张情绪。特别是在回答案例分析问题时,一定要抱着我是在和招聘者一起讨论这个问题的心态,而不是觉得他在考自己,这样就可能做出很多精彩的论述。
(3)态度要坦诚。招聘者一般都认为做人优于做事。所以,面试时求职者一定要诚实地回答问题。一位企业的人事主管说,以前曾经面试过一个女孩,面试时她说自已有男友,进入公司后又说没有男友。问她原因,她说曾在一些书里看到,如果说有男朋友就会给人稳重、有责任感的印象。实际上这样做非常不好,面试时的欺骗行为是不利于以后发展的。
面试最后关
(1)适时告辞。面试不是闲聊,也不是谈判。从某种意义上讲,面试是陌生人之间的沟通。谈话时间的长短要视面试内容而定。招聘者认为该结束面试时,往往会说一些暗示的话语:
——我很感激你对我们公司这项工作的关注。
——谢谢你对我们招聘工作的关心,我们一作出决定就会立即通知你。

(2)礼貌再见。面试结束时的礼节也是公司考察录用的一个砝码。成功的方法在于,首先不要在招聘者结束谈话前表现出浮躁不安、急欲寓去的样子。其次,告辞时应感谢对方花时间同你面谈。走时,如果有秘书或接待员接待过你或招待过你的话,也应向他们致谢告辞。一位毕业生来到深圳求职,面试时一番锋芒毕露的自我介绍,结束时抛下声“再见”,连握手也免了,拂袖扬长而去。接待他的招聘者苦笑着摇头:如果说有个性、有锋芒可以容忍的话,那么连基本礼节都不懂的人则“养不起”,也无法与之合作。
