　　我今天见到了我们的英语老师---宁老师。宁老师像我们的一个大姐姐，宁老师矮矮的、胖胖的、皮肤很白、头发很长，宁老师性格开朗，说起话来很热情，肢体语言非常丰富。看上去很温柔，但其实特别严格，不允许我们上课做不让做的事，比如：不能喝水、老师说话时不能插嘴、老师说话时不能说悄悄话、不能抠鼻子、不能咬指甲。谁要是敢违反宁老师说过的规矩，就会让老师批评的很没面子。要是上课喝水了，老师会立刻把水瓶扔到窗外。

　　但老师毕竟是老师，老师都是很讲道理的人，你不调皮，老师不会批评你，你没犯错，老师也不会让你没有面子。英语老师说：“你尊重我我就尊重你。”我们给老师的尊重就是大胆发言、积极回答问题、积极举手，这也是宁老师说过的话。

　　宁老师对我们的要求很特别，不和别的老师一样，宁老师对我们的说的要求是这样的：只要你大胆发言、好好听讲、积极举手回答问题，你就是老师心目中最棒的学生。

　　我决定今后在英语课上好好听英语老师的话，按老师说的去做，不会被老师批评的。

　　她和别的老师一样，每天都来给我们上课，看起来她很普通，她已经为我们付出了很多很多。

　　每次我们纪律表现好了，英语老师就给我们一个小卡片。谁考一百分和谁作业写的好，也有一个小卡片。到了评比大会，英语老师首先把得到10个以上小卡片的同学的奖发下来，有的得到的是橡皮；铅笔；书皮……，然后，老师把每得到小卡片最多同学的奖发下来，他们得到的是老师的亲笔签名的笔记本。这次评比大会有三个同学得到的是英语老师亲笔签名的日记本。

　　这些奖品看上去没有多少钱，可我们班有20多个同学的奖，还有老师教的其他的班呢。

　　有人会问，这些东西是哪里来的？这些东西是英语老师用她的工资买来的。

　　一个月就要买这么多的奖品，两个月，三个月，一年，两年……

　　我捧着英语老师给我的亲笔签名的日记本，我心想：一定要好好学习，不辜负英语老师对我的希望。

　　第一次上她的课，却有那么多话要说！她给我们讲了她小时候的故事：小时候家里很穷，她是班长，语文和数学成绩都很好，就是英语很差。她第一次听力和写作得了20分，第二次得了0分。但是她觉得自己是班长，三科都要考好成绩，开始努力复习：学生在课外活动的时候，她在努力背单词；别人睡懒觉的时候，她拿着手电筒，在英语书上背单词。因为她知道努力是有回报的，所以她必须努力。

　　在一次考试中，她英语得了89分。不要低估89分。当时89分已经很高了。后来她报了一个数学班，因为她妈妈对她说：“我家很穷，我长大了一定要当老师。”所以我长大后她想当数学老师，但是那里的老师说她的英语很好，所以她被调到了一个英语班。当时她很生气。然而，她咽下一口气，读起了英语。

　　如果当时的英语老师成了数学老师，不知道她会不会来我们班，我们会不会知道这个故事。
