  一开始走上讲台,心里面忐忑不安,一方面担心自己跨学科教学是否能够胜任,另一方面是从来都没做好教小学的心理和知识准备,幸好有潘老师带着我,她鼓励我帮助我,毫无保留地传授给我很多教学经验,让一片空白的我理清思路,摸清一、二年级英语课的教学思路。两位从事英语教学多年的校长也给了我很多鼓励和指导,这才使我有勇气走上英语课的讲台。磕磕绊绊走过了两个月,对这段时间的教学进行深刻的反思,感触颇多。

  一、精心备课,不打没有准备的仗

  一开始走上讲台,面对着一群六七岁的小朋友,我真有点手足无措,手忙脚乱,只是不断教学生读单词、句子,感觉一节课很空。几天下来,我发觉其实仅仅依靠学校发的《教学设计》的内容讲一节课是很空的,想要让学生整节课都跟着我学英语,那么,首先我必须准备大量有趣活泼的知识去教给他们。于是我上网收集各种与课文知识相关的小视频、小动画,精心准备,尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明,准备充足的材料,精心备好课,是上好一节课的前提。

  二、根据学生的心理特点和年龄特点,对症下药

  孩子们年龄太小注意力不够集中,接受知识也有局限性,很多简单的知识都需要反复的用不同的方式进行教学,的确让人伤脑筋。一开始我经常会有失去耐心的时候,然而看到孩子们像天真活泼的小脸,叽叽喳喳像鸟儿一样说英语的小嘴巴,我又觉的责任重大,觉得一切努力不会白费,热情又重新沸腾,一切不满都烟消云散了。

  对孩子们来说,课文的句子和对话不易记住和掌握,教师要想方设法,使教学直观化、趣味化,以吸引学生的注意力、保持学生学习兴趣。通过实物、图片或简笔画把教授的单词展示在学生眼前,让学生观察所学事物的形状,使学生获得一种直观感受。如一年级unit2的文具、二年级unit2的食物等类别的单词,都可以用实物或图片进行直观教学。鉴于孩子们好动、好奇的心理特征,应尽量让学生在说说、唱唱、画画、玩玩中快乐地学习英语,总而言之,低段英语教学无论从内容上还是形式上都应富有趣味性。

  三、时刻抓好课堂常规,松紧结合

  我一直都

是李镇西老师爱的教育理论的追随者,觉得教师要对学生充满爱,有亲近感,拉近师生的距离。然而我却忘了很重要的'一点,对学生的爱要有原则,而不是一味无条件的包容,那就成了纵容了。良好的常规是保证课堂顺利进行的最基本和最重要的条件之一,意识到这一点之后,我重新强调班级教学常规,逐班逐班训练,在课堂上重新训练课堂组织口令,让学生明白口令的用处,即有趣又起到组织的作用。例如:一、要求学生坐端正,我会用到这三个口令:1。教师:A—B—C 学生:one—two—three 二、要求学生认真听,我会用到这个口令:LISTEN! 学生:I WILL LISTEN! 三、要求学生应答我,会用到这个口令:教师:BOYS AND GIRLS! 学生:YES等,反正需要引起学生注意的地方我就用到口令。

  四、形式多样,带动氛围

  教学坚持“玩中学”的原则,游戏是课堂良好的润滑剂。小朋友喜欢玩游戏,运用游戏教学法完全符合小孩的心理。一节课里低年段学生的注意力集中时间就二十分钟左右,而我们就不可能整节课都在给学生们传授新内容,只能在课堂前二十分钟左右教完,而后面的时间我尽量组织学生玩一些与所新授的知识相符合的游戏,不仅可以缓解学生学困的状况,而且可以给学生巩固所学的内容。玩游戏前,要给学生说明游戏规则和安全事项,还要示范一次给学生们看,让学生快速明白游戏的玩法,以免学生出乱子。

  五、以鼓励为主,转化学困生

  积极鼓励,教师的鼓励是学生上进的催化剂,平时要多给学困生表现的机会,及时肯定他们的进步,使他们尝到成功的甜头。这样既可激发学生的才智,又能增强自信心,从而发挥主观能动性。半个多月的教学下来,我发现在课堂上有意识地设计一些浅而易答的问题,让那些调皮好动的学生回答,哪怕只答上一点点,也及时给予鼓励,并抓住他们的回答在全班学生面前狠狠表扬。当他们一时回答不出问题时,先让他们坐下,让一些归纳能力较好的学生回答后,再让他们复述一遍,使他们树立自己也能答好问题的信心。对于纪律不好的学生,只要课上他们一有好的表现,我就会表扬他们或者奖励给他们贴纸,鼓励他们坚持下来好的习惯。这样下来,每个班里那些调皮的学生渐渐都参与进课堂学习来,个别以前很皮的孩子现在上课都认真学英语,积极举手回答问题。

  为激发学生英语学习热情,提高学生英语口语水平,给大家搭建展示英语风采和锻炼英语口语能力的平台,20xxx年12月25日下午,我校举办了第四届校园英语口语大赛。

  这次大赛由少先队大队部与英语教研组共同组织,三至六年级16个班选送25个节目参加了大赛。评委由各年级英语老师担任。

  比赛过程中,各班节目精彩纷呈,现场气氛热烈。每个节目用流利的英语作了自我介绍后,有精彩的英语演讲、英文歌曲演唱、英语歌谣朗诵,有歌伴舞,还有短剧表演。参赛选手发音标准、用词准确、表情自然、仪态大方,将自己最好的一面展现出来。

  经过激烈的角逐,六(3)班歌曲《No pains, no gaing》,五(3)班短剧《Snow white》、歌曲 《Ding doing bell》《Happy》,四(4)班歌曲《Real friends》, 三(4)班歌伴舞 《Old macdonald》荣获第一名。
