During the Spring Festival, my family and I had a big dinner together on New Year's Eve. We had dumplings, fish, and many other delicious dishes. My mom also made a special dessert called nian gao, which is made of sticky rice. It is my favorite!
On New Year's Day, we woke up early to greet our relatives and friends. We said "Happy New Year" to each other and gave each other red envelopes. Inside the red envelopes, there is money. It is a tradition to give red envelopes during the Spring Festival, and it is so exciting to receive them!
In the afternoon, we went to visit our grandparents. We had a big family reunion and enjoyed a lot of delicious food. My grandparents gave us more red envelopes, and we played games together. It was so much fun!

On New Year's Day, my parents gave me red envelopes with money inside. I was so happy! I used the money to buy toys and treats for myself. In the afternoon, we visited our relatives and friends.
