After a fun afternoon at the park, Lily realized that her teddy bear was missing. She looked everywhere but couldn't find it. Lily started to cry because she was so sad. Her parents tried to comfort her and told her they would help her find the teddy bear.
Lily's dad went back to the park and asked the park ranger if anyone had found a teddy bear. The park ranger said that a little boy named Jack had found a teddy bear and brought it to the lost and found area. Lily's dad thanked the park ranger and hurried to the lost and found area.
When Lily's dad arrived, he saw a little boy holding Lily's teddy bear. He introduced himself and explained that the teddy bear belonged to his daughter. Jack smiled and said he found the teddy bear on the swing and thought it might belong to someone.
Lily's dad thanked Jack and promised to bring Lily to the park the next day so she could thank him personally. Lily was so happy when her dad came back with her teddy bear. She couldn't wait to meet Jack and say thank you.
The next day, Lily and her family went back to the park. Lily ran up to Jack and gave him a big hug. She thanked him for finding her teddy bear and told him how much it meant to her. Jack was happy to see Lily so happy and they became good friends.
