During recess, I explored the school playground and joined a game of tag with the other kids. I felt happy and excited to be a part of this new school.

In the afternoon, we learned to write our names and numbers. It was challenging, but Miss Johnson helped us and encouraged us to keep trying. I managed to write my name correctly for the first time and felt proud of myself.

As the school day came to an end, I didn't want to leave. I had so much fun and made new friends. I am looking forward to the next day at school and all the new things I will learn.

We also saw elephants, giraffes, and zebras. It was my first time seeing these animals up close and I couldn't believe how big they were. We even got to feed some of them, which was a highlight of the trip.

After lunch, we visited the reptile house. I was a bit scared of snakes, but Mr. Johnson assured us that they were harmless. We saw different kinds of snakes, turtles, and lizards. It was interesting to learn about their different habitats and behaviors.

The last stop of our trip was the penguin exhibit. Penguins are my favorite animals and I was thrilled to see them swimming and waddling around. They looked so cute and funny.

As we left the zoo, I felt grateful for this wonderful experience. I learned so much about different animals and their habitats. It was a day filled with adventure and learning. I can't wait for our next field trip!
