In the following days, we explored other famous landmarks such as the Summer Palace and the Temple of Heaven. The Summer Palace was a serene retreat with stunning gardens and a picturesque lake. The Temple of Heaven, on the other hand, was a place of worship and prayer. The intricate designs and vibrant colors of the temple were mesmerizing.

Aside from visiting these famous landmarks, we also indulged in the local cuisine. Peking duck, dumplings, and hot pot were just a few of the delicious dishes we tried. The flavors were rich and diverse, and I couldn't resist trying everything.

Overall, my trip to Beijing was an unforgettable experience. It allowed me to learn more about Chinese history and culture.
